Any one tree hill fanatics?

i was just wondering, because i was at a friends house watching one tree hill a while ago, and i heard this song playing that ive heard EVERYWHERE! Its mostly played for slow dances and i have no clue what it is! from what i recall it was pllaying when the guy who was getting married to the blonde chick for the SECOND time was sitting in his car and it was playing but i dont remember if he was just with his parents in the car or his fiancee. i know this is super difficult to figure out but if you do it means a ton!!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
