I'm a very young good looking guy. I never used to think about aging too much until I met my Girlfriend and my best friend (another good looking guy like me) who are both extremely good looking, Abercrombie & Fitch models (and also trying to get into Acting here in Los Angeles). And they're just health fanatics and so damn vain and they just demonize aging. I've found myself becomming more and more like them and I honestly fear aging to death too now. What can I possibly do? I'm so afraid of getting old. I feel like old is ugly and I don't ever want to be ugly.

My abusive boyfriend is it really all his fault?

Ok I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years and he has punched kicked slapped pulled hair choked me ect ect now I no I should leave or should have left already but I haven't, so please don't just answer by saying that. I left my husband who I have 3 children by and have had 2 more children with this boyfriend. My dad is a evil man who has mentally abused me untill I moved out at 16. He is breaking my mum and this is why I've started looking in to mental abuse. I now realise he has caused me to feel the way that I do as a adult. And possibly why I've allowed my relationship to carry on knowing it's wrong. My boyfriend has said some shocking things to me, and I didn't realise how much he was ******* my head up untill reading a page explaining the cycleof mental and physical abuse, and every little part was him, I come across as strong confident and the one that wears the trousers, I read the page to my bf and it wound him up, he said I was trying to turn it all on him. I'm not totally innocent. And I'm not a typical battered wife here. I do stand my ground, and if he hits me I will hit him I no it will only make him hit me again and harder but at the time I don't care. It stops when I'm to hurt to go back at him. Then he shouts at me how it's my fault and what do I expect if I hit him, I always answer back. You will never rule me or control me nor will I just sit here and allow u to hit me with out fighting back, so ur have to do it properly cos I will keep coming back at you. How stupid am I... So I thought maybe it is me. I won't shout or hit out at all see what happens. And it's happened twice more. The question I have tho is....... Why does he do it. Ok I read it's control. But still is he just evil. Does he really not feel bad? The sorry and passing the blame on me.? Is that not cos he can't deal with it. Everything u read tells u the abuser is just evil basically, and that they plan and fantasise what they do... maybe he does no what he's doin but can't stop??

You would be amazed how much 20 minutes of excersise would do to alleviate your depression. I know it sounds funny and unrelated but they are a lot of studies that have shown it to be more effective than drugs such as Prozac. It would probably also help your diabetes.

Hey every one, my grandfather was on the delta-force team when he was in the military, and my father was a ranger. The darker, more sub heavy Dubstep will always be around. It's just more of an exclusively uk thing than the more popular dancy tunes popularised the likes of rusko, flux, doctor p and skrillex. Dubstep is an really deverse genre with so many different styles and sounds, that's why it's so sick.

Well I have a friend and she seems really healthy, lots of energy, great body all lean muscle, seems happy I guess but one thing I noticed! she eats only every other day! I asked her about it she says it makes her feel better with more energy, and says she does have vitamin supplements and herbal tea in her water as well as a squeeze of lemon and she drinks alot of water. I stay over at her house alot and see what she eats, she is a fruit fanatic especially watermelon and berries but she eats every fruit, she has some seafood some rice some nuts/rice sometimes yogurt, she doesn't eat bad things really at all i cant remember ever seeing her eat anything bad other than kraft dinner once. oh and she loves coconut it's really funny when we went to the caribbean together all she ate was young coconuts she had like a million a day and instead of body cream she puts coconut oil all over her body hahaha. sorry i went off topic but um yeah i just find it weird that she eats only every other day its not like she needs to lose weight she has no fat except on her boobs and butt basically but she is not anorexic looking sooooo do u think this is a problem? also she is not obsessive with it like if she is going out somewhere and it is her non eating day she will eat in social setting or we went to italy and she ate stuff she doesn't eat usually so it is not obsessed. we are both 17 and french speaking so excuse my bad english! thanks :)

Are These cysts on my breast?

For about the last three years I've had pimple like bumps along my breast, and the area between my breast. They do not cause me pain, but me thinking I could get rid of them tried to pop them. Didn't work entirely. Some white discharge came out of 1 along with what seemed like a batch of hairs. And there are three along the side of my right breast that go in a straight line that were really tiny and inactive, staying the same size for over a year and then increasing to about pea size and the suddenly darkening the deflating. One Is comepletly gone with the only evidence of it being there is the discoloration. well Not really. Its there, but its flat. Which is how they started I think. I don't think they are tumors, They aren't that deep into the skin, not even 2 inches. Then Again wouldn't know the typical symptoms of tumors. I would ask my doctor about it, but i believe shes incompetent, plus I really don't feel comfortable exposing myself to anyone... Most of them, whatever they are, don't seem to have heads, and Like I said. They've been there for a really long time. On a side note, i've recently noticed I'm developing small lumps along my spine, also not painful. nor are the round. But they are flat. I'm sure its not related, but just a side note. I"m 18, slightly over weight. No Medicals problems that I've Known of besides low blood pressure

Well now is a good time to hit consignment shops for winter clothing. The shops are wanting to make room for the spring and summer garments. I workout everyday. My life doesn't revolve around fitness and dieting. It is 3 hours out of my day. Nothing wrong with being an athlete. Do i have bipolar, and what should i do?

I am currently diagnosed with anxiety and depression, and i also suffer from trichotillomania. The medication i am on at the moment is fluoxetine, and i feel that it is doing absolutely nothing, even possibly making my anxiety worse and some depression more severe. I have sometimes suspected that it could be bipolar, as i do have periods of depression that are quite severe, periods of moods that do seem to fit the characteristics of mania or possibly hypomania, and some periods of almost 'normalcy'. The one thing that makes me doubt bipolar is that these moods seem to cycle fairly frequently, rather than the typical less than 4 times a year, but i still feel my moods vary quite extremely and it does effect my day to day functioning, particularly along with the trich and the anxiety. What should i do, and what medication would you suggest?

What do landlords do with the security deposit?

Owners, in particular. Do they typically get interest on it, spend it, or what? I'm just wondering because at my last place when I moved out they told me they had no record of how much I had paid for my security deposit. I provided four year old check copies and insinuated that I might sue them if it wasn't returned in accordance with law. I wasn't gonna ask for interest, talk about choose your battles. They complied, returned it(less $80 for carpet cleaning). Is it typical for owners and property managers to not know how much was paid for a security deposit and to have no record of it? I rubbed my throbbing head and winced in pain. I could tell it was bruised. As I wiped the hot tears from my cheeks, my hands collected the mud and grime that had accumulated on my face. The frigid winds had stirred up an unrelenting rain. My t-shirt clung to my body, outlining the handle of the Angel blade, tucked safe away in my pockets. The wind picked up now singing a song of a hellish promise. But I felt it now was working more for me than against me, the chilled wind and rain offered a numbness to my body, allowing me to keep running. And that's all I could do, for now at least till I could formulate a plan. I had to make it back to the shelter, to see my family, or any familiar face that survived the raid. Thoughts of my mom and sisters raced throughout my mind, yet I knew if they were alive, there condition couldn't be any better than mine. I staggered to lift my legs with each step,my boots had now collected enough rain, to slow my pace.

I'm not a very traditional pagan. I think your mom was just venting, and as time goes on, she will probably see the options that you have. Kudos to you for telling your mom, and kudos to her for not over-reacting! So many times, parents just throw in the towel and "disown" their kids. I think she may be adjusting from thinking about what SHE wanted for you, to thinking about what YOU want for you and viewing you as an adult who can make her own choices. Give her some space to mull it over; it will all work out in time.

I lost touch with my best friend a while ago, why is it bugging me now?

so in gr.5 i met my best friend, we had a fallout in grade 6 because of different classes but grade 7,8 and 9 we were like attached at the hip. I am so curious to learn more about history and to travel and explore places but I need to start by reading about it. Hi, so I met this guy when I was 15, we were both in the Youth&Government program in the YMCA. We took three trips throughout the year, the 1st in November, the 2nd in January, and the last trip in February. The first time I saw him, we were in the initial assembly, I was seated with my YMCA and him with his. I turned around, looked up and we made eye contact. It was the weirdest feeling ever, I knew right away that i was physically attracted to him but I've been physically attracted to plenty of guys and I've never felt the way I did when I laid eyes on him. Must likely, the lines were air bounced at the time. What you are telling me that when the shop replaced the filter and the filter in the tank was the only filter...that's not true. The tank usually has a type mesh filter to clean some particles but should be a cylinder shapep type gas filter somewhere on the delivery line of this vehicle. You must replace that one as well. Volvo 850 wont start after power washing the engine\?

1996 volvo 850 wagon, non-turbo, auto. I used a strong power washer and a degreaser to power wash the engine. I spent a good 20 minutes getting all of the grime out but now it wont start. Cranks fast and it random times for a split second it sounds like something jams and then it cranks again, this happens for a split second. You dont have to use dex cool, the all makes/all models will be fine. As far as the light, after filling the cooling system tap on the overflow bottle on the bottom. The sensor has a tendancy to get stuck which causes the light to stay on.

Advice on keeping track of my period?

I'm trying to keep track of my period so I can have a better idea of when it'll come next month. Up until this point I had a general idea, but just kinda went with fhe flow (no pun intended, lol). Now I really want to keep records of what day it starts and how long it lasts, but I have a question. My period came last night at around 10:30. I'm not sure if I should count that as the "first day" though. Technically I did get it on June 26, but there was only an hour and a half left of the day. I'm getting all the typical first day symptoms today, whereas I didn't have any last night. Should I count today, June 27th, as the first day, or yesterday?

Ok, so I want to make some money, typical for a 12 year old girl right? Well I was thinking I could do some tutoring. But its summer, so would any mom make their kid get tutored over the summer. Does my friend have an eating disorder?

Well I have a friend and she seems really healthy, lots of energy, great body all lean muscle, seems happy I guess but one thing I noticed! she eats only every other day! I asked her about it she says it makes her feel better with more energy, and says she does have vitamin supplements and herbal tea in her water as well as a squeeze of lemon and she drinks alot of water. I stay over at her house alot and see what she eats, she is a fruit fanatic especially watermelon and berries but she eats every fruit, she has some seafood some rice some nuts/rice sometimes yogurt, she doesn't eat bad things really at all i cant remember ever seeing her eat anything bad other than kraft dinner once. oh and she loves coconut it's really funny when we went to the caribbean together all she ate was young coconuts she had like a million a day and instead of body cream she puts coconut oil all over her body hahaha. sorry i went off topic but um yeah i just find it weird that she eats only every other day its not like she needs to lose weight she has no fat except on her boobs and butt basically but she is not anorexic looking sooooo do u think this is a problem? also she is not obsessive with it like if she is going out somewhere and it is her non eating day she will eat in social setting or we went to italy and she ate stuff she doesn't eat usually so it is not obsessed. we are both 17 and french speaking so excuse my bad english! thanks :)

Ways to clean a toilet besides toilet brush?

Well, I refuse to use and keep a toilet brush in the house. The idea of using it to clean crap (literally) and all sorts of grime then having the germs fester on the brush is enough to make me puke. I've heard that Toilet Duck in the UK has disposable brushes but no idea if these are expensive if I keep buying them in the long run. Is there a more economic way of cleaning a toilet without using the traditional toilet brush? I need to clean all the way to the bottom of the bowl.

Don't make a whole mixtape yet. Make about 4 or 5 tracks and upload them on soundclick or any other place that allows you to upload music for free. If possible create 2 videos to upload on your pages too. Add pictures and make sure the page looks good. If you can fork out 10 bucks by a domain name from godaddy.com and forwarded it to your the free page you created. You could do all this in about 2 weeks if you stay focused then go on the show and tell everyone you meet to visit whatever domain you bought (www.fastrappingking.com for example) That way they can see more of you and know where to check back for new music.

A lot of the songs on the radio in the States now have that dancy/club beat to it which I think is complete crap; save those beats for Tiesto and Guetta, not Chris Brown. I went to watch that with my grandparents, and they were complaining about how the movie with Downey Jr. was reinventing Holmes for a modern action audience while the books are more aimed at a detective and clue finding side of Holmes. Honestly they were right, the books aren't as action orientated as the recent film, but I personally liked both of them.

I am actually exactly like you. I love Dubstep, although in that genre I prefer Robostep, Brostep LOL, but I also have a soft spot in my heart for DnB. I fell in love with DnB when I saw Dara for the first time back when I was 15 (I'm 28 now). As far as grime goes, I cannot stand it. It absolutely annoys the **** out of me. I feel like I'm not going to fit in at prom?

My prom is on Thursay and I'm a bit nervous because the dress I'm wearing, for one, is knee length. Another reason is because it isn't made out of the typical "prom dress" material (I don't know what it's called, but lots of prom dresses are made out of it... ), its made out of chiffon. It's a bubble hem dress and it is a peacock blue colour. I feel like I'm not going to fit in because everyone else will have all there hair done really professionally and have big "princess" dresses, whereas I'm going for a few loose curles, because I have really long hair. Ok so right now I only have enough money for 3 of the Plush Glasses and there are 4 in the Quite Cute Collection.
