What is this show called?

A couple of days ago I was watching it on some channel, dont remember what. Its about this typical American family. Fat guy who's not that smart and woman who runs the family and wears the pants in the relationship. She has brown hair.. and is shorter than him.. What I saw in the episode was he bought a motorcycle without his wife's permission and she got mad at him, and he said he wanted to wear the pants in the relationship for one. She told him his pants were too low.
