Does anyone have experience with owning a mexican red knee tarantula?

I'm 19, so I'm kinda in the break of college right now, I've been an animal fanatic my entire life and have owned many exotic pets in my time. While I have worked with Tarantulas before in previous jobs, I've never actually owned one, and it's peaked my interest a bit. I am a fanatic about insects and arachnids especially, and a mexican red knee tarantula just seemed like a magnificent Tarantula. I heard they are low maintenance, and of course, don't need to be handled much as it's not recommend. I kinda wanted a low maintenance pet that is low maintenance and doesn't require too much attention, does anyone here have experience with tarantulas? Much appreciated!
