For all you movie fanatics out there I need some help with figuring out what a movie is called...?

It had to do with a teenager and someother guy who owned a motorcycle and end up going on the run b.c of something. (i want to say a bad drug deal or something up idk) the guy takes the teen to a bar and meets women and the teen looses his virginity to her. and i think there was a carnival or fair they went to or maybe even vegas... PLEASE HELP! its driving me nuts!
